Preserving the tradition of canning and secret family recipes is what the Durham Fair Canning exhibit is all about. Our pantries are stock full of prize-worthy jellies, jams, marmalades, honey, syrup, vinegar, relish, chutney, pickles, canned fruits and vegetables, beer and wine. This canning collection may even inspire you to start your own family traditions!
